Starting your journey exploring options trading can seem intimidating. Don’t let it be. Here are a few lessons to make it easier to understand the charts, terminology, and market analysis posted.
They are in order of what should be the easiest to understand for beginners, that’s who this is designed for!
These are very basic, 101 level insight to how I trade. So much time goes into each one of these aspects of trading.

In my opinion, the four major components of trading are patience, discipline, persistence, and continuous education. Without focusing on these attributes, one will likely not see the consistency and growth that is attainable with this skill.
It takes constant reminding that while this “job” can be difficult to master, it truly is just me battling myself everyday. Some of the phrases I remind myself daily about the lifestyle that is trading:
10 percent a day keeps the 9-5 away
Trade to trade well
Fear vs greed
In to the level
Size up within your rules
Believe in yourself and your training
Zoom out, look left
The answer is discipline
Consistency comes from mindful decision making
